Who this covers
Nenon Health is a personal health-coaching tool with a single user: the person who built it and runs it. It isn't offered to the public, and nobody else can connect to it. This policy explains what it does with that one person's data.
What data it uses
- From Google (Fitbit), through the Google Health API, read-only: sleep sessions and stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, blood-oxygen saturation, breathing rate, skin-temperature changes and VO2 max estimates. It can't change or delete anything in the Google or Fitbit account.
- From Garmin Connect: steps, workouts, intensity minutes, Body Battery, VO2 max estimates and, on nights the watch is worn, sleep.
- What the owner provides: lab and fitness test reports, goals, meals, workouts, weight and notes he logs.
How it's used
Only to give its owner his own coaching: baselines, recovery and readiness, heart-rate zones, nutrition targets, a morning brief, a weekly review, and answers to his questions.
The data is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with data brokers, never used for credit, insurance, housing or employment decisions, and never used to train AI models.
Where it's stored
On a server the owner owns and runs at home, not in a public cloud. Data files and sign-in tokens are readable only by that server's administrator account. Backups are kept on hardware he owns.
Who else handles it
- An AI model provider (currently Anthropic's Claude) receives the numbers needed to write each message, under terms that don't allow training on the data.
- Telegram delivers the messages to the owner.
- Google and Garmin already hold the wearable data; Nenon Health only reads it.
No one else receives the data, and no other person reads it.
Data from Google
The use of information received from Google Health API and/or Developer Tools will adhere to the Google Health API Developer and User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Nenon Health's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
Data is kept while the tool is in use so each day can be compared with its baseline, and is deleted when the owner stops using it. Google access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
